Payment will be due on receipt of pro forma invoice. Manufacture will begin, and lead time will be approximately 6 weeks from receipt of payment.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer, for the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller under the shipping company’s insurance.
Refund/Return Policy /Training for use of the Equisimulator
The Equisimulator needs very specific training for use. If training is not undertaken, the operator will be unable to use the machine. Therefore it is imperative that training in the Enlightened Equitation teaching method is agreed to be undertaken. No refund will be issued if due to the operator not being trained to use the machine. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory due to manufacturing faults, then proof will be required. This would be discussed between both parties in order to achieve resolution.
There is a twelve month guarantee on parts and manufacturing.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for ownership.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Netherlands for the resolution of any disputes.
